designing for purpose

excellent accessibility
Each part of the space is wide enough for wheelchairs, featuring disabled bathrooms and appropriate floor finishes for visually impaired or those with mobility issues. A ceiling hoist is built into one of the master bedrooms, tailored to paraplegics.
calming colour palette
Curves, muted colours and soft but tactile textures support a calming but uplifting atmosphere, as well as preventing overstimulation for those with mental disabilities or health conditions.

sustainability
Rooftop green spaces and interior living walls infuse the wellness benefits of Biophilia, as well as promoting a bustling environment and spending more time outdoors. The communal garden is watered by recycled rainwater and the building powered through solar energy.

2 apartments, different needs
Each apartment is designed for different needs - Older/younger children, parents, disabilities, and so on. Living spaces provide a sense of connection, but private spaces are also provided for seclusion and personal time.

renders
