on site systems

Rainwater recycling, composting and solar power help to make the site self-sufficient.

more than just a restaurant

Set in the Dome building in Plymouth, the Living Table redefines traditional dining. Using mise en scene and a fusion of culturally inspired aesthetics, the design aims to educate and support the local area in ways other restaurants wouldn't. A portion of total profits are donated to local organisations and charities like Crisis, PEA, food banks and Action Against Hunger. Additional donations are encouraged by expressing the value in everyday things through design - fresh water, whole foods, shelter and family.
